Welldom is a trusted provider of neurorehabilitation services in school-based and outpatient settings in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our mission is to fight neurological disorders and impairments. We support individuals with neurological conditions such as brain & spinal cord injury, stroke, and neuromuscular diseases by restoring function, alleviating symptoms, and enhancing overall well-being. We take a multidisciplinary approach and partner with clients and caregivers to maximize functional abilities, foster community integration, and elevate quality of life. We take a holistic approach to neuroplasticity - the brain’s ability to change and adapt - by addressing physical, cognitive, psychosocial, perceptual, and environmental factors in recovery.
